AGGREGATE CONTAINERS

We offer aggregates batching lines composed of a free number of containers connected in a series.

Our offer also includes accumulators of various sizes – from 10 to 35 m3. The containers are made of abrasion-resisting metal sheets, strengthened with hot-rolled profiles and secured with a layer of anticorrosive and surface paints.

Batching of aggregates containers may be done with the use of a loader, there is also the possibility of doing a system of batching of aggregates containers with the use of a band conveyor.

Aggregates containers are equipped with:

• two dosing valves, adjusted mechanically depending on the type of aggregate;
• pneumatic engines for starting dosing valves;
• an electronic control system of closing the valves;
• shock systems of batching (containers with sand).

Pursuant to a Customer’s request there is a possibility of:

• installation of the control system of humidity in the containers (microwave probes of humidity);
• equipping any number of containers in vibration systems;
• making a thermal housing for the containers;
• making a roof;
• adjusting the containers for heating (making holes for the heating installation according to Customer’s specification).

The control system allows for the correction of a recipe on the basis of the evaluation of aggregates humidity, pursuant to the reading delivered by probes fixed in the system, or in case of the lack of probes, taking the manual settings entered by the operator into consideration.

AGGREGATES BELT WEIGHT

Aggregates belt weight constitutes a measurement platform and ensures transport the transport of an aggregate to the batch basket.

The system of weighing aggregates is equipped with tensometric weighing systems which ensure a high precision of measurement (aggregate dosing accuracy tolerance is compliant with the PN-EN 206-1 standard).

Standard fittings:

• an electronic control system of belt operation;
• an electronic control system of overloading the scales;
• emergency switches operating on the whole length of the belt;
• standard weights (optional: weights with the basic documentation for legalization).

In addition, the system ensures:

• starting the dosing option with a shift of the belt (helpful in the case of doing the recipes in which a large quantity of one type of aggregate is used);
• multi-stage weighing with the possibility to start the corrective weighing.

Pursuant to a Customer’s request there is a possibility of:

• use, in untypical locations, intermediate (pouring through) belt;
• reverse operation of the belt for emptying the containers;
• controlling the belt through the inverter.

BATCH BASKET

The batch basket is designed for the transport of the weighed out aggregate to the mixer. The supporting structure together with the track, on which the transport basket moves constitutes a whole. The structure of jacket bowl of the basket is made of abrasion-resistant metal sheets Basket capacity is adjusted to the size of the mixer.

Standard fittings:

• security system in case of line breaking – double line;
• line tension control system;
• essential extreme and emergency switches;
• double sensors of extreme basket positions with the full control of their operation.

The system ensures:

• electronic control of sensors efficiency, including identification and damage signalling;
• full jamming control – an alarm in the situation of a simultaneous going off of different sensors;
• automatic closing of dumping vaults, and in the situation of vault no reaction – emergency stop of the basket;
• control of engine operation parameters.

Pursuant to Customer’s requirements:

• the possibility of making a climatic housing of a basket track;
• controlling the basket through the inverter.
