The MFK SATURN vibratory walking machine has a very large molding range that allows for the production of a wide range of components. The machine is designed to produce large size concrete elements .

Depending on the equipment used (production form, rings, sleepers, countertops) can produce the following elements: road plates, YOMB plates, lintels, fruit posts, cable wells, circles, pipes (bottom), covers, plate-rings, road barriers, box bushings and others.

Saturation the concrete mass occurs through vibration. The vibrations of the form are performed by high frequency vibrators 6000 rpm. Control of the vibration of the mold is done by the inverter.

The machine is equipped with a hopper, from which the mass is dispensed to the drawer and then to the mold. The use of linear guide bearings ensures precise guidance and positioning of the cooperating mold elements, which allows them to adjust the range of their movement and thus ensures the precision of the fill and the required height of the components, and also reduces the wear of the molds.

In the case of production of reinforced elements it is possible to manually insert the reinforcement into the mold. The machine is equipped with a platform enabling the delivery of reinforcement. Dislocation of the element occurs by turning the mold. This element only extends after vent, which prevents premature ejection and damage to the element.

After release element the machine moves to a new position. Traction wheels are made entirely of steel and polyurethane, which protects the floor from damage.
