The system comprises:

• galvanized container located above the mixer;
• tensometric sensors;
• release choke valve;
• flow system of precise of adding of water;
• digital indicator (option), fixed on the panel, cooperating with the central control;
• measurement of humidity with the use of a probe built in the floor of the mixer.

The system ensures:

• accuracy of weighing out, pursuant to the requirements of valid norms of concrete producers;
• overflow control;
• the control of exceeding dosing time;
• the control of proper operation of release vaults – protection against starting the cycle without water;
• recipe correction on the basis of evaluation of the humidity of concrete mix.

There is also a possibility of dosing water from recycling (option).

We also produce flow systems of dosing water, operated with a central driver of the line for the production of concrete consisting in dosing water with the use of flowmeter directly to the mixer.
