The stationary hydraulic CONCRETE PIPE machine is designed for the production of concrete pipes and rings of the core diameter from 800 to 1500 mm and reducing pipes of diameters of 1000, 1200, 1500, pursuant to the DIN norm.
The machine is made of reliable mechanical units, and is based on state-of-the-art control and automatics systems. It ensures the production of a high quality product, meeting both industry and European norms.

The applied production technology ensures very high strength of the produced elements and obtaining products with smooth external walls.
Control is performed on the basis of a programmable Mitsubishi driver FX series that cooperates with the operation panel. The system ensures saving cycle parameters for each mould, a free change of cycle parameters, securing changes in parameters through password, visualization of the condition of the device, the control of individual elements of the machine.
The machine complies with all safety conditions thanks to the use of permanent shields and placing photo-optic barriers around it.
