The line is designed for the production of floor beams of different lengths by means of vibrating. The line consists of the following elements: a vibrating table, setting arm with a tube, and a storeroom for ready products.

Vibrating takes place in the vibrating beam from which the moulds with moulded elements are slid down to a four-storey storeroom for ready products.

There is a possibility of making a line with the use of mechanical batching of the mix. The application of such a solution considerably reduces the time of the cycle, and minimizes the man’s participation and effort in the production process. Moreover, a hydraulic lift may be applied for the positioning of moulds in particular storeys of the ready products storeroom, this way excluding the necessity of their manual moving on the setting arms.
