The stationary moulding machine, TYTAN 3, is a state-of-the-art machine with wide moulding scope, allowing for the production of a comprehensive range of concrete elements, and ensuring high efficiency.

Vibropress is made in two versions:

  • as a two-layer machine – for the production of two-layer products
  • as a monotonic machine

MFS TYTAN 3 works in a fixed system. It is equipped with a pallet feeder, where the molding of the elements takes place. TYTAN 3 vibrator is designed to be an independent device or as a component of a line for the production and packaging of concrete elements.

 

3 vibrators are installed in the machine. Main vibrator installed under the production palette. There are two electrodes on the stamp. These vibrators allow smooth adjustment of the force force, resulting in a very good quality of the components.

The use of a hydraulically proportioned technique allows the stamp to work in four positions, thereby improving the quality of the product. Equipped with linear positioning sensors for stamp, molds and drawers, allows precise selection of the range of movement and thus ensures the precision of the fill and the required height of the components. The large range of motion of the molds and stamp allows for the formation of both low and high elements.

In the machine applied a number of modern technical solutions, among which special attention should be paid to:

  • fast replacement of the system form-ejector – ejector attachment compressed air,
  • maintenance-free synchronization vibrating steam rotation from the control,
  • possibility of adjusting the settings of the system: form – stamp – drawer, without intervention in machine mechanics, through linear sensors
  • the use of interchangeable molding units and machine construction allows for quick and economical production adjustment to current requirements.

The machine works in automatic mode with the ability to switch to manual mode. The control system is based on the Mitsubishi FX series industrial controller, which cooperates with the operator panel. The fast driver guarantees rapid response to machine changes and ensures software safety, ensuring very long program storage. It is characterized by very high resistance to atmospheric changes. The control system allows for complete management of molding parameters (saving, correction, erasing, selecting a set from a list), saving the set of cycle parameters for each form, visualizing the sensor state, completing the cycle of automatic stepping mode. It is possible (option) to include a computer with a visualization of the technological process and a full reporting and archiving module.
