RING 100 Hydraulic Stationary machine – the latest product of our company – is designed for the production of distance rings 625 / Ø 865 and height 60, 80, 100 mm according to DIN 4034.

The machine consists of the following components:

• concrete mass dispensing unit – consisting of hopper, conveyor belt and scrubber;
• formation team – composed of a table, ring distortion and mold (there is a vibrator in the core of the mold)
• stacking unit – special gripper construction, designed to receive ready-made products from the machine and stack them on a transport pallet.

The elements are produced by the vibropressing method, which consists in simultaneous concrete vibration by vibration and pressing. This production process ensures very good strength properties of the produced concrete elements.

Thanks to the short and fully mechanized production cycle, the machine ensures high productivity.

It is worth noting that finished items are obtained from the without bottom ring machine, which affects the cost of production.
