CONCRETE SILO

Our offer includes silos of different sizes. They are made of abrasion-resistant metal sheets.

Standard fittings:

• the system of opening concrete;
• safety valves (spring-operated bleeder valves) – the protection of silos in case of occurrence of abnormal condition, dangerous for the construction of a silo;
• a pneumatic filter for silo ventilation;
• undersilo choke valve with manual drive;
• testing hatch;
• ladder;
• guard rail;
• loading duct finished with a coupling.

Pursuant to Customer’s requirements:

• signalling of container filling (the indication system of the level of concrete in silos including the sensors: minimum, 1/2 of a silo, maximum or more);
• monitoring the amount of concrete with the use of radar probe – 1 probe per silo;
• refuelling control with the cut-off vault (protection against silo overfilling);
• electro-vaults of concrete openers.

SCREW-CONVEYOR FEEDERS

We offer screw-conveyor feeders of different diameters, with the efficiency adjusted to the whole concrete production line. The feeders have tube casing equipped with one inlet and outlet hole, full coil, dustproof drive as well as revision openings.

CONCRETE WEIGHT

Located above the mixer, a conical weight container is equipped with inlet wholes through which the screw-conveyor feeders feed concrete from silos. After weighing out the required amount, concrete is dropped to the mixer.

The fittings of the concrete container:

• vibrator;
• tensometric sensors;
• pneumatic choke valve with the open-close sensor;
• digital indicator (option), fixed on the panel, cooperating with the central control.

The system ensures:

• accuracy of weighing out, pursuant to the requirements of valid norms of concrete producers;
• overflow control;
• the control of exceeding dosing time;
• the control of proper operation of release vaults – protection against starting the cycle without binding agents.
