Machines for the production of concrete
The stationary moulding TYTAN P-300 machine is a hydraulic machine designed for the production of concrete elements, such as: openwork plates, pavement slabs, lawn edges, JUMBO plates, concrete blocks, structural-wall tiles, structural-floor tiles, formwork blocks, chimney blocks, ventilating blocks.
The machine is equipped with steel production tops feeder. The tops with moulded elements are received by the receiving line which consists of a chain feeder and of a device piling up tops with products. Transport and stabilizing of products is done with the use of special shelves adjusted to be handled by the fork-lift truck.
There are 4 vibrators fixed in the machine. Two are located on the punches, and two in the vibrating table (on which the moulding of elements takes place). Their operation ensures perfect vibration, and what is connected with that, high quality of products.
The exchange of moulds enables a quick adjustment of production to the current demand, and a stable steel construction of the machine makes this exchange extremely easy.
The machine operates in the automatic cycle. Control is performed on the basis of a programmable driver that cooperates with the operation panel.
