The stationary hydraulic RING-BET machine is designed for the production of concrete pipes and rings. It has a wide moulding range and produces elements of core diameter from 800 to 2000 mm. In addition, it allows for the production of reducing pipes with diameters of 1000, 1200, 1500, pursuant to DIN norm. The machine can also produce elements with steps. Cast iron steps are whirled together with concrete mix which ensures high tightness of products.
The machine is designed for cooperation with a crane.
It consists of the following elements:
A mechanic batch of the concrete mix has been used. The propeller ensures an even distribution of the concrete mix in the mould, in layers to the top, with the simultaneous vibration with the use of axial vibrator. Hydraulic clamp of the upper ring speeds up work ensuring at the same time high quality of connections.
The applied method of thickening concrete – vibropressing, consisting in the simultaneous thickening of concrete by means of vibrating and pressing what ensures very good durability properties of the produced elements. Ready concrete elements have smooth external walls.
The construction of the machine allows for an easy exchange of the moulds, thus enabling to adjust the production to current demand.
The machine has manual operation. Hydraulic sections are controlled with the use of the lever of the manipulator, and electric elements (belt, batch) with the use of switches by an operator, what makes the machine very easy to operate.
