TURBINE MIXERS
Description and use:

PLANETARY MIXERS
Description and use:

  • planetary mixing system – equipped in the so called mixing stars
  • high efficiency of mixing
  • high homogeneity of mixture with shorter mixing time
  • used for the production of all kinds of concrete mixtures (including dry mixtures)

 

TWIN-SHAFT MIXERS
Description and use:

  • located vertically mixing system – shafts borne in front walls of the mixer
  • high efficiency
  • quick homogenization of concrete mix
  • short time of emptying
  • used for the production of monolithic concrete, commercial concrete, construction concrete, heavy concrete, lean concrete, concrete mortar

 

FITTINGS OF THE MIXERS:

  • mixing and scraping shovels, made of materials that are highly resistant to abrasion (e.g. nickel chilled cast iron, polyurethanes)
  • mixing and scraping arms made of hardened steel
  • exchangeable floor and walls covering made of very hard materials that are resistant to abrasion, among other things, Hardox, nickel chilled cast iron plates, ceramics
  • hydraulically opened release valves
  • emergency opening and closing of the release valve with the use of the manually operated pump
  • the valve ensures a quick and easy access to the inside of a mixer
  • operating platforms/li>

 

Moreover, our mixers are equipped with:

  • ocal control system controlling their operation during washing
  • microwave probes for the measurement of humidity of concrete mix

 

Pursuant to a Customer’s request there is a possibility (option) of:

  • producing additional release devices
  • installing a concrete sampling device for research
  • steady adjustment of speed of a rotary mixer by the use of an inverter
  • measuring the consistency of the mix on the basis of power consumption
